This change implements most of the missing CSI/execute instructions, and so should fix quite a few terminal compatibility issues (especially those bugs involving drawing interfaces or cursor movement). Another notable change here is that Zellij now supports instructions telling it to change the cursor shape (eg. in Neovim).
