This adds an
exact_panesconstraint toswap_layouts. Similar to the existingmax_panesandmin_panes.I introduced this as a fix to account for situations where the
BASEswap_layout (eg. what we start out with) has more than one selectable pane, and then the user closes one of them. Previously, when theBASElayout was defined asmax_panes=<pane_count>, this would have unexpected consequences. Now, we know not to try to reapply the base layout in such a situation as it's defined asexact_panes=<pane_count>.This PR also introduces some swap_layout UX changes that made sense.
