• Maintain a list of PubMed IDs (manually updated)
• Write a script that fills the markdown file (for each paper) from the PubMed ID
• Name the files after the YYYY_MM + DOI (the ID is the DOI)
• Manually generate files for papers that don't have a PubMed ID
• Annotate the pipeline to manage this (@Lisanna)

Extra:

• The same script could be recycled to generate publications lists for the single lab members
