[Command] Add "reset" button

The app should allow users to start anew, resetting the input fields on a command page. Otherwise users have to reload the page.

Requirements

• Show a "reset"/"restart" button that resets all inputs (selectors, files, etc) to their start values
• Maybe ask for confirmation?
