Add option to disable threading

I find the tweet order switching around caused by threading to be confusing, and there's no easy way to skip up to the beginning of the switched ordering. There should be an option to have tweets be strictly reverse-chronological, like they are on twitter.com

That's why I think it should be an option. I don't sign in, and it'd be nice to have the familiar, non-mixed, ordering.
