• zed-lock#2 merged as hardened v0.1.1 commit a0dc78d385bc3ab553d3027b427f5f1428239c9c after Linux/macOS/Windows conformance and package-artifact success;
• immutable zed-lock v0.1.1 published at that exact commit with crate and SHA-256 assets while v0.1.0 remains untouched;
• Intel release runner migration merged in zed-cli#199;
• exact hardened lock-pin/package-graph PR zed-cli#204 active;
• global-install clean-room certification PR zed-cli#203 active;
• ordinary-source deterministic mise export PR zed-cli#131 active;
• release-candidate release/v0.1.0-rc.3 artifact lane active;
• stale #195, helper carrier #200, and duplicate #202 recorded as superseded.

The GitHub Projects v2 board remains explicitly unverified and is tracked in issue #13. No project number, node ID, or URL is fabricated.

Validation

The exact head passed the organization baseline policy workflow. The changed-file set is only PROJECT_TRACKING.md.
