1. The Refdata Download URL seems to have changed.

4. XML seems to have been slightly adapted.
5. Take Pharma GTIN from <PackagedProduct> then <DataCarrierIdentifier>.
6. For NONPHARMA we can use the <MedicinalProduct> then <Identifier>
