The main factor contributing to the creation of the system was the need for a tool to effectively manage products within the company. Existing processes were fragmented, time-consuming and prone to errors, making it difficult to maintain data consistency and respond quickly to business needs. The system will centralize product information, simplify inventory control, speed up decision-making and reduce the risk of errors. Additionally, it'll increase process transparency and facilitate collaboration between departments, leading to greater efficiency and improved business outcomes.
