toggle_auto_triggerto be set viasuggestion.keymap.Motivation: Almost always I want to toggle auto_trigger on/off while I'm typing (as that's when it gets in the way). Probably others too? :)
Manually clear latent ghost text from existing suggestions when toggling
on -> off. Necessary to beat debounce timer, which is running when still in insert mode.Updated readme and config snippet (including fix of debouce time value that represents the actual default value in source code).
