Hi 👋

👨‍💻 My name is Konstantin Zavarov. I build digital products and help others learn to build them well.

🚀 12+ years in IT — from software developer to Head of Product at Ozon. Previously worked at Yandex, Megamarket, and Kaspersky Lab across different domains and scales. Currently focused on product strategy, business value creation, and building product teams.

✍️ I write a blog at zavarov.com and run a Telegram channel «Kod Prodakta» about product management.
