Stateful tests for array/group manipulation

Port over some stateful tests from Arraylake.

[Description of PR]

• blocked by [v3] deleting a group does not delete subgroups #2191
• check for [v3] zarr 3 fails to create child groups #2228
• check for Ensure parents are created when creating a node #2262

TODO:

• Add unit tests and/or doctests in docstrings
• Add docstrings and API docs for any new/modified user-facing classes and functions
• New/modified features documented in docs/tutorial.rst
• Changes documented in docs/release.rst
• GitHub Actions have all passed
• Test coverage is 100% (Codecov passes)
