`Group.create_array` does not take a `data` keyword argument

This is inconsistent with the create_array function and should be fixed.

I'd be interested in ideas for how we can catch these omissions in tests. One idea would be to define functions / methods that are wrapping some other function, and checking that the signature of the wrapping functions / methods satisfies some check.
