Transferring repository to zarr-conventions

Hi @rouault, we've received post-summit feedback that it's confusing to have two new organizations (zarr-conventions and zarr-experimental). I'm going to move all repositories to zarr-conventions and ensure that you are part of that organization. I hope you understand, and please note that this action can be undone if needed.
