Transfer docs say to always set canPaginate: true, when this is only necessary for cursor-based pagination, and is not always possible (hook-based triggers on old platform versions).

Additional context

Pointed out by WooCommerce in https://zapier.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/917150 - they received validation errors when they tried to add it to a hook-based trigger, since they're not on the latest platform version.
