Bug in Fedora terminal by using bash

there is an UI bug in a Fedora 43 by using default Gnome terminal client and using bash as a shell.

the way of rendering is not okay and while trying to refresh what is printed it's not working correctly either.

I am having the same issue in Debian. Same result with different terminal emulators. The TUI gets fixed when you select a mode, but it breaks again if you go back to initial page.
