or maybe there's still a place for this PR because we want to merge #2140 without bumping spilo and manifest examples so that we have an operator that just accepts 15 for now. You can rebase after we have merged. |

Hi,
This PR adds support for PostgreSQL 15 and drops support for 9.5 and 9.6.
As for Spilo image, I've set
spilo-cdp-15:2.1-p253for now, but I'm willing to change it to non-CDP one once it gets released.Also, I chose not to touch under
./e2eas there's currently no spilo image for it as far as I know.target_major_versionto 15
