Extend local>z-shell/.github:renovate-zsh-lint so Renovate proposes the next zsh-lint release pin. Refs z-shell/zsh-lint#612.

Opts this repository into the organization preset
renovate-zsh-lint(z-shell/.github#787). The preset updates the zsh-lint release pinned in the Zsh lint workflow, written as a commit with a# vX.Y.Zcomment, so the next zsh-lint release arrives as a Renovate pull request (dashboard approval still applies) instead of a manual repin.Part of z-shell/zsh-lint#612. The change is one line in
.github/renovate.json: the preset is added toextendsafter the sharedrenovate-config.Local check: the file parses as JSON, and the preset's match strings find exactly the one v1.4.0 pin in this repository's workflows.
