Add a hash of the config file to the run directory name to avoid directory collisions with runs created at the same time.
(Yes, I lost 3 runs to this. It runs, just overwrites the files :D)
It's not perfect, if you start multiple runs with the same config (I guess it could happen if you use null seed to get random experiments) it will still fail. But since the different ranks rely on the generated folder name to log to the same directory, I'm not sure how to fix that case as well.
