I got an error from 2.0.0 that The Secure Storage is not ready.
Couldn't access platform Secure storage.

@Zombie-Ryushu I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 as well. What's the output of the command ps aux | grep gnome-keyring?

For me, it outputs:

kevin      2495  0.0  0.0 234148  6840 ?        Sl   00:08   0:00 /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --daemonize --login

It may not be starting correctly, I launched it by hand.

For me, gnome-keyring-daemon starts automatically after boot, I don't have to start it manually.

Has gnome-keyring already been installed before, or did you just install it after my suggestion?

I installed it after you suggested it. But I started it at the command line over ssh

It's not launched by systemctl. Just restart it and check whether the gnome-keyring-daemon is start.

No, but I am using a Secure shell terminal to monitor and paste logs from.
