Changes: - Update README.md with AgentKit branding and positioning - Add migration notice and new feature roadmap - Update CLAUDE.md project instructions - Update CONTRIBUTING.md references - Create comprehensive agentkit-migration-plan.md - Create user-facing migration-from-caf.md guide - Update all package READMEs with new names and import examples - Replace @coding-agent-fabric/* references with @agentkit/* - Document legacy compatibility strategy No code changes - documentation only.
