[iframe-api] Will you open up the range of values that can be set with player.setPlayBackRate? #190
Description
As per this SO thread (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27836838/embedded-youtube-video-with-custom-speed-e-g-3) there is no way to set a finegrained custom playbackRate with the API at the moment, since it's locked down to this whitelist of values: [0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 2].
This functionality would be useful for apps like the one I was trying to complete @ http://github.com/aychtang/ytdj.
