Getting launch error while opening Meld App in MACOS

I've installed Meld App in my MAC. But while opening the app i'm getting Launch error. Refer the attached screenshot.
How to fix this issue?

Mac OS version: Sonoma 14.5
App version: 3.21.0.osx4
