SMS does not show

Steps to reproduce

No notification and no SMS in the app shown. Only if I switch to system app, it shows there. And I only receive notification from system app. I have set ConnectYou as prefered app for SMS and app notifications are on. All permission are given.

Expected behavior

Show the SMS and receive notification.

Actual behavior

Stayed silent and without ever showing any SMS in the app.
