[FEATURE] Add language selection option

Description:
Add a feature in settings screen to allow user choosing the language manually, like listing all supported languages and then selecting it would update the app's language in realtime.

I would like to contribute this feature to this app, if you are interested, you can assign me this issue. Thanks.
