TVPaint: Fix plugin for TVPaint 11.7

Brief description

Plugin for TVPaint was modified to work in TVPaint 11.7.

Description

TVPaint 11.7 is more sensitive about when the connection should be created and caused crashes. The connection is created in function defined by SDK where the init logic should happen.

Testing notes:

1. Run TVPaint 11.7 (it will probably ask to copy plugin file)
2. All should work
