Incorrect Title/TitleJP pairs displayed in Locations

this issue occurs when a location on the wiki map page does not yet have a JapaneseName assigned
the query results from the wiki are correct, and problem does not appear to be on server side logic
then this occurs in jp / ko / zh where Japanese names are displayed
even if JapaneseNames not present in the wiki, this issue will not occur if there is an entry in config.json

following location "Mystery Zone" that has incorrect JP title "和風墓地"
Restarting the server will set a different incorrect JP name again

this may be caused by an issue when merging Locations on server side
