This project is about the design of a beehive monitorthat can help the beekeepers to be aware of the health stateof a beehive, and to prevent something that may reduce theproductivity to happen. The light sensors have be used to gettraffic information of the bees at the entrance of the beehive,and a microphone to monitor colony sound. The results of thetraffic entrance measurement show that Based on the theorysupports, the results of audio spectrum analysis show that thedominant frequencies in a swarming beehive are different fromwhat in a normal-state beehive.
