These are any bits & pieces that don't fit anywhere else.
The only thing still missing is fixing travis and alike.

I have removed stdweb from the default build, so using yew now requires to select an appropriate feature, not sure if this is undesirable or not.

Additionally I renamed the stdweb feature into std_web, so it doesn't collide with the the crate itself in the examples or any other potential usage.

I implemented console_error_panic_hook now because a similar solution was already implemented in stdweb.

Yeah, I think that's a good call. Created an issue for that: #854

Additionally I renamed the stdweb feature into std_web, so it doesn't collide with the the crate itself in the examples or any other potential usage.

I think the rename will be helpful if we ever want to enable certain features when std_web is used.
