docs: Add High-Level Design and Project Roadmap

This pull request introduces a comprehensive set of documentation to guide the future development of the Face Detection Attendance System.

Purpose

The goal of this PR is to establish a clear architectural vision and a structured roadmap for the project. This will help organize contributions for Hacktoberfest and ensure all contributors are aligned on the project's goals and priorities.

Key Additions

1. High-Level Design (docs/HLD.md):

   • Outlines the five core components of the application: Frontend, Backend, Business Logic, ML/CV Module, and Data Storage.
   • Defines the technology stack and responsibilities for each component.
   • Maps out the data flow for key processes like New User Registration and Taking Attendance.

2. Project Status & Roadmap (docs/PROJECT_STATUS.md):

   • Summarizes the work that is already complete.
   • Creates a checklist of required modifications, focusing on critical security and bug fixes.
   • Proposes a list of new features, starting with Automatic User ID Generation and migrating to a SQLite database.
   • Includes a proposed future codebase structure to visualize the end goal.

By providing this documentation, we can create a stable and well-defined foundation for all future development work.
