Getting the same thing, the change to grunt-jit seems to not pickup the auto-paths for some plugins. Seems to complain about for ngtemplates and cdnify for me.

In the Gruntfile try

    useminPrepare: 'grunt-usemin',
    ngtemplates: 'grunt-angular-templates',
    cdnify: 'grunt-google-cdn'

although constructive feedback on the code (were it going to be comited in some way) is that it seems to add a few seconds on build time / verbose the grunt build a bit on my crappy windows 7 machine,
