views: serialize necessary parts of parsing context to use relative names of tables

VIEWs cannot be released without the possibility to use relative tables names in the view's query. We talked about the possible implementation with the YQL team and it seems that the best way to achieve this is to serialize desirable parts of the CREATE VIEW parsing context, like TablePathPrefix.
