Библиотека ydb-2.4.0 не совместима (не собирается) с последней версией protobuf > 3.20.1

При использовании библиотеки в коде, если явно не прописать зависимость protobuf<=3.20.1
получаем ошибку вида
"import ydb
...
TypeError: Descriptors cannot not be created directly.
