What is the current behavior?

There are no --label args for defining additional YDB parameters

Issue Number: YDBOPS-9680

What is the new behavior?

• Label deployment=kubernetes for:

  • configure selector_config settings to resolve the paths with old prefixes like /Berkanavt and /opt
  • apply actor_system_config for the dynodes in the pods

• Label shared=true/false for:

  • set to true for shared databases and to false for dedicated
  • useful in deployment for cloud
