What's the problem this PR addresses?

Ubuntu 20 images have been deprecated by Github. Workflows are failing because of it.

How did you fix it?

Changed version 20.04 to 22.04

Why not use the latest image?

I assumed @arcanis wanted to test compatibility with the oldest non-EOL release. We can do latest too.

This PR is urgently needed, since the ubuntu-20.04 runner is no longer available. I can see in the logs that you approved it, and set auto-merge, however it hasn't merged yet.

Could you please check? All PRs are failing in CI because of this.
