Simplify testing configuration (tests.yml and playwright.config.ts) #231
Description
Our testing workflow is over-complicated, which makes it harder to maintain.
It contains potentially unnecessary flags whereas the defaults are enough and large comment blocks.
We aren't doing anything very special so we can definitely use a simpler configuration while still keeping everything working smoothly.
It would be great to use the docs of these tools (Playwright, Turborepo, Vitest, GitHub Actions) to simplify things to match their official recommendations given our integrations.
