why no releases with cu92- why only cu80??

@yajiedesign why are latest releases compiled with cuda 8.0 and not 9.2? can these be released going forward?

Actually have cu92, but it's difficult to upload at the moment. I'm trying to solve the problem.

I think if CUDA 9.2 is installed, you don't have to copy it in any specific folder. I have tested with CU90 and CU92, it will pick up automatically. Just had the following dlls in the build folder, copied rest of the deps from 3rd Party folder:

Added the build folder to the Environment Variable path, don't have to copy into the .NET project since they are like 1.2GB. The code will pick it from the env variable for both MxNet and CUDA deps.
