Description

task deps:core install clp dependencies using system installed AppleClang in macOS GitHub action runners. On older macOS systems, e.g. macOS 13 and macOS 14, default version of AppleClang does not support C++ 20.

This PR sets the GitHub workflow environment variables to instruct the dependency install tasks' CMake to use llvm@16 installed by homebrew, which supports C++ 20.

The GitHub workflow environment variables confuse clang-tidy to use llvm@16's libraries, while the project is compiled with AppleClang's libraries. This PR "unsets" the environment variables by setting them empty since GitHub does not provide methods to really unset an environment variable.
