log-viewer-webui: `@types/node` is missing from devDependencies.

As the title suggests. The dev dep is missing from package.json specification, although package-lock.json does track the dependency:

Q: Why @types/node isn't installed even though it was specified by vite as a peer dependency?
A: Because vite specify @types/node as an optional peer dependency:
