Consider using for page_on_front and page_for_posts

If we replace the existing page dropdowns in the Customizer with object selector controls, then it would provide an end-user feature that would allow the plugin to be added to WordPress.org. Using the object selector control would ensure that newly added pages would appear in the dropdown and it would be scalable if there are hundreds or thousands of pages. Changes to a page in Customize Posts would also automatically be reflected in the selected options, per #6 and as was done for the existing core control in xwp/wp-customize-posts#190
