Text area goes off screen when IME is active

One step towards this is to set line-height on the composition view element to be the same as it is on the rows. Then base it's height on the top of the row containing the cursor, instead of the cursor's top which does not include line-height.

After that looking into whether moving the textarea to be the size of the cursor instead of below it.
