Refactor and enrich webrings (#114)
2d135bc 
- Addded several webrings:
   - CSS Joy
   - The Claw
   - *nixRing
   - personalsit.es (already joined, but not in the list)
   - The Bucket
   - The Blogroll
- Move styling to a dedicated Scss module
- Remove from footer, and create dedicated include
- Added explanation of what a webring is
