Pulse timer broken

I have an ELECTRODRAGON Relay Board SPDT Based on ESP8266 with 1.8.1. with 2 Relays and 2 buttons! Following issue I found:
-> Zero or one switches active
->Normally OFF (stays of for a short time)
->Switch pulse time 10

If Switch1 ON and I take the Switch2 On bevor the counter of pulse time finish,
Switch1 going Off and Switch2 going On but the timer is broken and never going Off automaticly.

Also I found this issue at the Switch sync mode "no synchronistation". One of the Switches never going OFF automaticly.

I created a pull request #20 which should fix the problem. It appears Xose had not got much time to work on espurna these past weeks, but lets hope he approves my fix soon, or you can apply it yourself and test.

Each relay has its own pulse ticker. This fixes issue #149
