No domoticz,mqtt, alexa, or web control of relays is possible on the latest 1.8.0 firmware. I tried it on 2 duals.

I just flashed a Sonoff Basic and i'm not experiencing this issue, Have you any other Sonoff devices you can test on?

Found it. It was a cleanup I did that effectively removed the initialization of the Serial port only for Sonoff Dual devices.
It's fixed with 1.8.1 just released.
