Feature Suggestion - HTTP and HTTPS Monitor

I have a several web site servers that I would like to monitor. These servers are in the cloud or on prem, the cloud-based servers block PING requests. Would you add a HTTP and HTTPS check to NetMap. I have been using Uptime Kuma for this but would like to move these to NetMap and stop using Uptime Kuma. Fantastic software. Thank you.

Leaving this one open as not targeted in v1.4.0.

Low-level http/https service-check groundwork exists, but the dedicated uptime-monitoring workflow (URL targeting, response timing, alert integration) is planned, not shipped.
