cargo dist should support more architectures

For now, two architectures are commented out:

• x86_64-unknown-linux-musl
• x86_64-pc-windows-msvc

We should find a way to fix the building issues and make a new release.
Ideally, also try to check the executable works in Windows. This patch has been very useful in jet1090.
