All was working with an older version, I have also updated vim-misc. Not sure what else do I need to do?

Doesn't work for me as well. For some reason s:library_call is not defined, even though xolox#misc#os#is_win() returns 1.

Windows 7 64bit, Vim 7.4 32bit
xolox#shell#version = 0.13.2
xolox#misc#version = 1.8.5

somehow, after more upgrades, I no longer have this issue, @apskim you still having seeing it?
