Move TDM configs on xk_216_mc into build-testing only

• Moved all TDM configs on the xk_216_mc into build-testing only due to Input via TDM master unreliable due to low-level timing issues (xcore-200 only) #99
• Also tidied some errors in the config names.
• The 2AXi0o2xxsxxx config asserts on startup (Existing test failures #95) so I've moved it to the build-only configs.
• Minor change in some of the test scripts: reversing the order of the pytest parametrize commands makes the produced list easier to read by grouping on the config name rather than sample rate.

I should have clarified, its only the "master" TDM configs that seem to have an issue. Slave seems okay.

Thank you for pointing that out - now I see that the issue says "master". I'll move the slave configs back.
