Crash with "not really" optional protocol methods

the -(void)configureDataManager:(XLFormDataManager *)dataManager; declared in XLFormViewControllerDelegate is optional but no test is made to ensure it exists...

Results in a crash.

Eg: XLFormViewController line 591
