Schedule: Add Event :: Numeric Field Rules

Steps to Verify:

1. Navigate to Schedule.
2. Select Add Event.
3. Input negative values in numeric fields. --> it shows warning message when saving

Suggestion:
Ensure a straightforward UI flow for entering and validating numeric inputs (all numeric fields default to 0)
Negative values are disallowed unless explicitly permitted for a specific field.
