Registers ag-Grid's
RowDragModuleinBootstrap.ts, required to enable the new drag-and-drop reorganization of views and groups in the ViewManager Manage dialog.Companion to xh/hoist-react#4479, which adds the feature itself (see its changelog note - apps must register this module to get the drag handles).
